With Perimeter+ ALR (Advanced Long Range), we are expanding the functionality of Perimeter+ for demanding customers and security environments. The version is named after the detection length, which reliably detects objects up to 505 meters. Additional features such as improved image stabilization or the Perimeter+ PTZ functional license can only be used in conjunction with a Perimeter+ ALR license.
Perimeter+ ALR is a powerful, premium perimeter analysis solution for one camera channel under G-ST.
Parameterization and setup is done via wizard and allows a particularly easy and intuitive start-up of the video analysis.
IP camera models delivering an H.264 RTSP stream can be connected to the system.
Perimeter+ ALR combines the functions of a classic perimeter detector with the advantages of deep learning analysis for highly reliable detection of movements and categorization into person, vehicle and object. Complex surveillance constellations can be reliably implemented, especially in outdoor areas. The system reduces the false alarm rate to a minimum, operating costs are reduced, and the operator can focus on relevant alarms.
Three surveillance zones can be defined per camera to quickly locate objects, even in large surveillance areas. Using the SmartPTZ function, defined presets can be approached by a PTZ camera when an object is detected in the surveillance zones. Extend from Perimeter+ ALR with the Perimeter+ PTZ function license to not only locate but also automatically track people.
Various image enhancement functions assist in the reliable detection of objects. Perimeter+ ALR gives access to an image stabilizer for adverse conditions or Thermal IR, which increases the contrast in certain zones of a thermal camera to better detect objects.
Following the "If this then that" principle, Perimeter+ rules can be used to create individual processes. Parameters such as object type, schedules or dwell times can be defined in the rules. Using so-called super rules, multiple rules can be linked together to cover even the most demanding requirements.
By creating multiple detection and exclusion areas, the monitoring area can be intelligently limited. This helps to avoid false alarms and at the same time provides for a variety of monitoring scenarios such as fences, walls, areas and buildings.
All event information can be used for filtering, evaluation of events via the Central Action Manager. Switchable vector representations such as object frames and direction of motion support the object presentation in G-View.
Multiple licenses with different feature sets can be applied to the same Perimeter+ server to achieve the desired number of camera-level features. The maximum number of channels that can be analyzed on a single system depends on the system performance.
